tivo service network adaptors

i have a pioneer dvd recorder modle dvr-810h with built intivo. i have recently purchased comcast telephone service, and had to restart my recorder , during the process it has been unsucessful for the tivo service , during the process its sugest anetwork adaptor what should i do or purchase for this recorder ? please help thank you.
