My maple tree has little white circles all over the leaves. Could you please let me know
what you think it is and how I can treat it.

Your tree might have anthracnose
But cannot tell for sure without inspecting your tree. Take a look at the pictures on the site I highlight above. You can always take a sample to your nearest nursery and they can tell you for sure what it is for free.
