No signal of satellite on TV

Am trying to fix my Sky. there was some cahnneles showing image and suddenly after checking other channels ,nothing else. the message comes as 'no satellite signal is being received'.I have trie dto change the position of the dish, but same sentence. waht can I do now? I wonder if there is a problem in the sector. In fact, I am in Edmonton Green.Please answer me. am still awakw, trying to find a solution to that.

Hello

I know that aiming the dish can be difficult

Did they give you elevation and where to aim it ?

Reply to glenn's Post: No elevation given and nothing about where to aim.It has worked though, but just after a while it stopped showing channels.I do not know if it is the amstrad receiver problem or the dish...E.
