You can check to see if Parker has a fever by inserting a well lubricated thermometer about 1 inch into his rectum. Hold for 2 min (unless it is digital). Normal is 100-102.5. If it is above that, I suspect infection somewhere internally. The fluid you are seeing him drool usually happens due to stomach upset. If it is at all possible that Parker got into something toxic, chemical or plant, he will need veterinary care immediately. Keep him hydrated by using plain pedialyte from a dropper. Becuase he was just altered a few weeks ago, I would really have to recommend an emergency visit. Please let me know how you make out and hope he feels better very soon. :)
