I purchaesed a loader on ebay. How do I transfer money safely , receive the machine
before money is released. I was under impression that I sent Money to ebay safeharbor and they controled the transaction ,I get machine he gets the money. My e-add is XXXXX@XXXXXX.XXX thanks
