Hi i have a boyfreind who lives in Holland and wants to move to England.what does he need to do when he arrives here. Does he have to register here and where etc and anything else that he needs to do.

He will have to go through a brief passport and Identity check, and then he has to apply for a Residency Permit from the Immigration and Nationality Directorate. This will confirm his right to reside in the UK under the EEA, and is valid for about 5 years.
