replacing my glass lamp shade from cracker barrel

a glass lamp of mine broke and it is from Cracker Barrel and I want to replace it and I don't know where to go to find out if they still have them..glass with pretty red birds o n it and the base is (I think) a dark grey..I don't know if cracker barrel still sells them..it is a cardinal lamp..very pretty and colorful..thank you
