I have destinctive marks on my upper left inner arm, they are brusied, I just now noticed them. I remeber last night having a dream I was being attacked, by what I do not know. Is it possible the marks on my arm could be from something trying to drag me somewhere when I was asleep? Are these claws? Where did these bruises come from? Please help Thankyou
