I get cycling static interference on my home tvs and radios,even portables. The interferrence lasts for 8 seconds then stops for 8 second and continues cycle that way. If I shut off one particular electrical circuit by flipping off the breaker, the interference stops. There is nothing on that circuit that I can find that could cause the rhythmical interference. What could it be and how can I stop it.
