Can you give me any world wide web addresses to find out how much a home is assessed at or how much the home is worth in Long Island, New York?

Yes, you should be able to get this info from these websites.

Otherwise check any of the long realtor sites and submit the address to them and they should be able to give you quote.

Reply to Sandeep Bardia's Post: I want to be able to see how much a person paid for a home if I give the address for one that was recently sold. The websites you provided will not allow me to view this info. They only allow me to shop for a home & what the asking price is. For instance, if a home in Jericho, NY was listed for $600,000, I would like to know what the buyer paid.

With the web site www.zillow.com, I was able to go look up my exact address. This gave me the present estimated valuation. Then by clicking on my exact address, I was able to get more information. On the lower right part of the page, I was asked to enter the graphic number (so they could tell I wasn't just a machine surfing for information), and it then led me to the sales history of my home. I found out what I paid for it 2 years ago, and what the folks I bought it from paid for it (which was $20,000.00 less than I did, six years prior).

I have to assume that if this service works for me this way, that it will also work for you.
