Reply to John Baker's Post: i am going to a barbie convention and they gave us 120 triva questions to answer to enter a contest when we get to the convention. i found all the answers on line except this one. there are 12 groups of 120 questions, each group of 10 questions have a common letter and we make a work out of that. the common letter for this group is m i thought the answer might be matttel but one of the other questions had the mattel answer the questions read "the inventor of the bendable leg that was sold on barbie in 1965" you see barbie was invented by ruth handler but in 1959 in 1965 she first had bendable legs. the inventor i can't find some said they say and article that said it was an engeiner but they don't remember where. hope you can help. thanks yvonne

I saw you other question but as you have found the information about the actual inventor of the bendable leg is not available, so I did not try that question.

There were other bendable leg dolls made in 1965
