Small blisters that pop and peel on my fingers

i also have the small pin size blisters on my fingers and i have had them for about 4 months i work at a bowling ally and thought it was from the shoes until i looked it up.... my blisters come, then dry out and peel. its very itch when this is happening, the skin stays dry and more blisters come after that. it seams to be spreading... i would really like to know what this is and if its, and if anyone can catch it from me. im worried about my hand and anyone that touches them.....please help    Trina
