Hi,

Preparing the fruit is not to difficult, mainly washing them peeling them and putting them in the sweetener if you plan on adding sweetener.

I am including one of my favorite links on this. When we decided to freeze some peaches and apples last year we used the recipes on this site after searching allot of sites this site had the simplest and easies instructions. (With pictures)
