Question

I have purchased a tattoo gun and I am excited to open my own business. So far I have done research on line and practiced on my friends, but I have not gone to "formal" tattoo school. Can I get in trouble for charging for tattoos? I have made my own unique waiver and release form (using a template from the tattoo school where I purchased my gun), and I just don't want to get in trouble. Can you please help me out with some information as to licensing and what kind and where, etc... Basically Help me stay out of trouble and still be able to do what I love and that is ART--Tattooing.
