I recieved 3500 Euro's in two postal checks called Buono Postale Fruittifero (these are from Italy from a town called Sannicandro di Bari). It's in my name and my aunt's name who is deceased. How do I cash these checks?

I would assume that you reside in the USA. I believe that you should be able to deposit the checks to your account without issue since the check DOES have your name as one of the payees. IF the checks require both endorsement signatures, which is rare, you may need to produce a death certificate for your aunt.

I would deposit it and see what happens...If there is a problem, the bank just won't clear the money and will notify you of such problem.

Reply to Jeffrey Flaker's Post: I've already gone to a couple of banks, and none of them have said to deposit them. I've spoken to bank managers and no one seems to know what to do with these postal checks.
