Question

my 9 year old Basenji is restless and can not stay in one place for more than a few minutes - he is shaking his head and licking and scratching....he has a hx of seizures and is currently taking antihistamines ...how can i help him relax? his blood tests are normal and his head x-ray showed possible inner ear infection two weeks ago and he was on antibiotics for that...now the symptoms have returned...how do you feel about homeopathic treatment and could all this including the seizures be allergies and can i give him a phenobarbital tablet even though i gave him antihistamine today to help him get through the night?
