Hi-My 11 year old cat's meow was hoarse for 2 days and now I can barely hear him. he has no other symtoms, eating and playing regularly. Is this reason for concern, an immediate vet appointment? thanks

Sometimes this can go along with upper respiratory infection, tonsil infection (check for dental disease as bacteria from this can impact tonsils too), and even a tumor in the larynx area.
Feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV) can sometimes cause voice loss too.
It may be a good idea to have your senior cat checked out by your vet just to elimnate any chance this is something serious.
