HOW TO FIX TOMMY LIFT GATE?

The power is on but when i push the switch to go down it does not move/

Hello and Thank You for the question - Does the lift go up ? Is your lift electric or does it have a hyrdaulic cylinder also ? Have you tried anything yet ? Let me know and we'll take it from there
