a bug that at first glance it looks like mud on the stems but in side is a bug, also a red type of bug in the samw area, had attacked lilies , cherry tree and apple tree

Let me try to help you with this. What exactly does the bug look like (size, shape, colors, etc.) and which state do you live in?

I do not live in USA i live in Oxfordshire UK;one of the bugs actually looks like a very minute snail cased in mud, the other looks similar to a ladtbird in colour but doesnty have dots and is longer and both have only attacked the lillies we found the one one the trees were something that reaxted to the bug spray these other didnt
