Hello

Are you sure all the valves are in the right place ?

Can you see any water in the sight glass if you have one

We can try to prime the pump with a garden hose

To do this turn the valve so that it's not skimming and suction is at the side

Take the hose and hold it on the suction and see if it starts

I hope this helps if not let me know.If it did please click the {Green}accept button

Reply to glenn's Post: glenn, the suction through the leaf catcher is working fine.the pump come on and the suction is fine.but pressure valve reads zero. I restarted everything by turning off pump bleading air out .closing valve restarting pump i primed it and waited until water was comming thru pressure valve and closed it. still no pressure shows on the gauge, Is there an air leak? there is pressure in the tank but still reads zero. maybe valve is faulty? everything seems to be working suction and inlet are operating.

Ok

So you have good outlet pressure

If this is the case and if you don't see any bubbles then no it's not getting air

I believe either the valve to the gage is faulty like you said or possible the gage

To determine which one take the gage off and see if water comes out

If it doesn't then it's the valve
