Sony plasma tv

I have a sony plasma KE-32TS2U. There is a horizontal line comeing from the right side about 3 in from the edge. There is any way I can fix this problum through service mode.

Hi The line was not horizontal it is Vertical. I am really sorry about this confusion. When on the TV the line comes in the right edge, then moves about 3 in from the edge and stays. Some time it change color (blue, red, green)

Will the line disappear or change, when the antenna, cable box, or receiver is disconnected?
