This repair is difficult since you need to match the finish of the counter. A professional is your best choice. To attempt the repair yourself, some clear two-part epoxy or some clear resin patch can be used. Apply a small amount of the product to the damaged area. Start with just a little, adding more as necessary, to completely fill the scratch. These products are self-leveling, requiring only time to set up. Once hardened, lightly sand the area with 400 or 600-grit wet sandpaper. You may follow with rubbing or polishing compound to match your counter top's finish. If the piece that chipped out of the counter top is available using super glue to reattach it may result in the desired repair. More information can be found here.
