i live in new york, i am purchasing a home in south carolina currently my wife and kids would be living in the home and i would be working in new york until i find employment in sc. my problem is that the real estate lady is now stating that i need to have employment in sc i sold my home already in ny and living with my parents she states that this is now considered a 2nd home? i dont understand why if i dont have any home now and also why do i have to have employment in sc if my wife and kids are going to be living in this new home and i make the mtg payments from my job in new york please advise.
