I have a Craftsman Lt 1000 lawn tractor and I am trying to change the shaft assembly for the mandrel. How do I get the nut off of the top of shaft near the pully and remove the shaft? I already removed the nut and blade from the other side.   The star shaped end of the shaft is stripped.
