Sir to date I find no mention of R and B and .800 silver at all. I have used every available search engine known. I would find R and B mixed in with other companies that did make .800 silver products but when researched further it was not R and B.
Quite frankly as renowned and well known as they are I am surprised that they said their historian would have to check.
They should know this and be able to tell you. This was about all I could do for you sir.
