My pitt may be pregnant...this is her first heat and im really scared for her. She goes to the vet on friday to get her shots but what can i do to assure that she will be ok and whats the signs if she's not ok?

If you saw her breed with a male then she is very likely pregnant. Plan on pups in 58-65 days from that date.
Cancel the vet appointment as pregnant dogs should not have shots while pregnant.
Or if you plan to not let her have the pups and just spay her then you can discuss this with the vet and if he or she agrees then do the shots and schedule the spay.
She is about a year too young to be bred. Most breeders wait until at least the third heat to allow the female to mature in body and mind before having to raise a litter.
Possible issues would be difficulty in giving birth, poor mothering and not taking care of the babies properly, not being able to make enough milk etc.
