what do I do if my certo got thick? Is it still good?

I have liquod Certo and it got thick over the winter. It is less then 18 mos. old. I'm making Strawberry jam.

My liquid certo is less then 18 months old and is thicker then it should be, do I warm it in the microwave like honey that has crystalized or just use as is. I am making strawberry jam.
