philips 32 flat screen picture problem

I have a philips 32pt81 s127 tv and started by having audio problems where the sound would come and go from time to time now it's gone completely. however tonight was watching tv the set clicked and shut off for no reason. after leaving it sit for a few minutes at a time it will come back on but then shut off again after a few minutes. any idea?
