Peabo Bryson does not have an album called "Welcome to My Room" or anything similar. However, another R&B vocalist, Randy Brown, recorded an album with that name, in 1978. I think that's what you are searching for.
The album was reissued in CD format in 2000-2001. There are currently two used copies available on Amazon.com for $4. You can also listen to samples from the CD there.
