where can i find assembly instructions fo

Where can I obtain assembly instructions for a Gerry wooden crib, model number, 9021. It was purchased at Sears in Asheville, NC and was made Feb. 19, 1999.

I found that the Gerry wooden crib model 9021 was manufactured by Evenflo. I couldn't find the assembly instructions on line, but their contact page is:http://www.evenflo.com/Home/ContactUs/tabid/175/Default.aspx
