My name is Ahsan and i landed in US on a H1-B visa. I am working with my employer from past 3 months. However my elder sister lives in US and she filled for my immigration or Green Card in 2002.
My question is since i am in US, is it possible that i can speed up my process of getting my immigration or green card thru my sister appeal. I dont want to take my employer help to do so.
