Much of the e mail I receive I do not want to delete so I hit the saved key and then again the saved on pc key. I would like to retreive some of these e mails and I can't find out how to find them. I was not given direction on making a file and I also share this computer with someone else as a second user. My user name is jeannieanita and I am a novice at this as you might guess.
