I want to chane my name from Manson to Mason .I have the forms

I want to chang my name by just shortening it do i have to pay the court or just tell SSA,change my birth certificate and all accounts I just dont want to be Manson any longer it has caused so much discrimination even before people know me they have already made up their mind that Im Crazy which has made me start thinking that I am hated by the world,I dont want my kids to have that name
