I was in Mexico and did some research in the vien of Kopi Luwak coffee, the beans eaten by the civit cat of indonesia. In Mexico where I was a mammal in the civit/ferret/badger family also eats the ripest of coffee cherries, and then excretes the coffee bean in pergamino form (still enclosed in a husk) My question is whether it would be the same product essencially? I washed it dried it and hulled it. Now I have dried green coffee beans processed in the digestive tracrt of this mammal. I call it "Cafe Processo del Tejon" I have roasted some and tried it. Will I die?
