I am confused by this web site. I offered to pay $15 for an answer to my question, but the transaction amount now seems to be $30. I relisted my question but I don't know if I paid the $30.
I am still hoping for an answer and I am offering to pay $15. Can I expect an answer. I will pay this in advance but it seems I have to pay $30.
