Protocol for newspaper engagement and wedding annoucements when the parents of the bride or groom are divorced and the mother has remarried - What is the preferred titile? - Mr. and Mrs. remarried name (husband included) and Mr. blank blank (father) or just Mrs. remarried name of mother and Mr. blank blank (father)

I think it would depend on how close the child is to the mother's husband. If the child feels that they want to include the stepfather, then Mr. and Mrs.(mother and stepfather) and Mr. (father). If there isn't an issue of including the stepfather than Mrs.remarried name and Mr. (father) is fine.
