Hello,
If it is oil or alkyd base you need to be very careful. On places like your arms, legs and less sensitive areas small amounts of turpentine or paint thinners on a cloth will help.ONLY DO SMALL AREAS AT A TIME and rinse well. These solvents can irritate the skin. Some people are more sensitive to it than others. For your hair, peanut butter and or lemon juice. Not as effective as the solvents and takes a lot longer but your hair and scalp will thank you. The skin produces natural oils that will eventually lift the paint. Soaking in a warm to hot bath will help this process along. Plenty of soap too. As for your more private areas, at no time use any chemical solvent. You will pay dearly for that mistake. You can use the peanut butter method on those areas. When covered like that it takes time but it will come off. I was covered by almost a full 5 gallons of latex paint a few yeats ago. Aside from the injuries from being hit by the bucket I had paint everywhere. It took about 2 weeks to get it all off me and a haircut because I didn't want to wait. Do not use acetone or benzine. These are very harmful and skin contact should be avoided
Good luck and be careful
