Was JOANNES HEBERT from Nantes, Brittany,France

I am a french acadian from Louisiana with the surname HEBERT. Ihave done a complete ancestral lineageas far back as 1522, when I learned that JOANNES HEBERT, married to Joanna Hebert was born and married in Nantes, Bretagne, Loire, Atlantique, France; however I'm not sure if it is correct. If it is, it would mean that his ancestors were CELTIC BRITONS who migrated from southern England to ancient Armorica(present day Brittany). I've wished for this so long. Could it be confirmed?
