There is a fuel tank pressure sensor located in the top of the fuel sender assembly. It could be bad or the wiring to it may be bad.It could be the computer but that isn't very likely.I would check the connections at the fuel sender first. If it's corroded or unplugged it should be easy to find.

Reply to Davo/diablo666's Post: Where would the fuel pressure sensor be locate at.and is it somthing that can be tested

The sensor is located at the top of the gas tank in the center. It just pushes down into the fuel pump sender assembly. It can be tested but a scan tool is required to do so.You may have to lower the tank to get to it.Look in the trunk under the carpet there may be an access panel that you can remove. One wire is ground, another should be 5 volts and the other one is the signal back to the computer and you need a scan tool and evap cart to test to see if it reads correctly.
