Often they will help you get organized and come up with a budget and a plan to make your life manageable. They can also contact the people you have credit/debts with and work out a deal. Typically they can save you hundreds a month and they know how to negotiate with credit card companies. They can also help you build your credit back by getting a high interest card, use it a few times for 15-20 dollars and then put it away. I know of one or two of these companies that will help you get an low interest loan and will handle you monies. You may need someone to take over and help you learn to be better with your monies. Call one now and make an appointment for them to come to your home and speak to you. Shop around until you find one that will work with you and understands your problems. Hi this tim it is not quite what i'm trying to find, will these people set up new plan to pay back what i owe or just rearage what i have now.

They take in the whole package and re-set up what you owe back, present and future. The renegotiate previous deals and put together a package. This is how they get people out of a big hole. Dealing with only the problems you have today and tomorrow is not helping with yesterday. They are licensed financiers and banks and credit card companies work with them. They would rather get 25C on the dollar or less, than you bankrupt and they get nothing. That's' why I recommended this service to you.
