Six Step Amaretto Sour

To do it perfectly, it is good to invest in a glass and metal mixing cup set for bartenders.
If not, you can pour the beverage back and forth between two glasses until the foam forms. You would probably find it easier to do the entire process in a pitcher or bottle with a tight lid.

FILL - your glass mixer with ice.
ADD - 1 to 1.5 oz of Amaretto (
ADD - 'Sour Mix' to "fill" or until ice JUST
floats.
CHILL - for a few moments until condensation forms on the glass mixer (cup)
SHAKE - until sour mix creates a gentle foam.
and pour into serving glass.
GARNISH - With an either an orange wheel or
wedge, or a cherry.

Simple and tasty!
