my puppy falled from my arms. i took her to the vet. xrays does'n shown any broken bone. vet said that xrays shows black spot like if she has some kind of blood in her lumbs. he give her this medication clavamox and traumeel. she couldn't pupu , only pipi , i think she has contipation. is only one month and 27 days. can i give her some kind of medicine for her constipation. I rented an oxygen tank. so she can breed well.

The clavamox is for infection. The Tramadol is for pain.
I would suggest not giving her meds for constipation instead give her some food high in fiber such as sweet potato, applesauce, cooked winter squash (butternut, acorn etc). You can if its a small pup use baby food sweet potato for example too.
The fiber will hold fluids and help the stool pass. If it still cannot go then you should see the vet again as this might be due to a twist in the bowel or a problem in the puppy's spine.
