my house payment is behind due to financial hardship, i've called the lender and my credit is bad so they won't refinance. is there any resources available to help me get caught up?

Unfortunately, There is not much past a refinance of your existing mortgage.

Have you considered selling your property to make good on and pay off your loan?

The big question is: has the bank started any forclosure procedings yet??
