Answer

I am guessing you want a recipe for 75 people the way you worded your question and you want it to have pineapple, cool whip and condensed milk? If I am correct - here is a great recipe:

Deluxe Pineapple Cake

Use a 13" X 9" or 14" X 9" pan times 2 as you will see below.

Make the recipe below - cook it and let it cool at least 10 minutes before turning it out onto a cooling rack. After emptying the pan - Wash the pan and make the recipe again and cook it and put the 2 cakes on top of each other with cool whip in between the layers. This will give you 72-80 servings with either of the pans listed above.

Ingredients:

2 (8-ounce) cans juice-pack crushed pineapple, well drained, reserving juice

Water

1 (18 1/4 or 18 1/2-ounce) package yellow cake mix

3 eggs

1 (14-ounce) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)

1/3 cup vegetable oil

1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed

Yellow food coloring, optional

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Grease and flour your baking pan.

To reserved pineapple juice, add enough water to make 1 cup.

In large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, 1 cup pineapple liquid, eggs, 1/3 cup EAGLE BRAND and oil. Beat on low speed until moistened, then beat on high speed 3 minutes. Stir in 1 can drained pineapple.

Pour into prepared pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool.

Meanwhile, in medium bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in remaining EAGLE BRAND® until smooth. Stir in juice concentrate, food coloring if desired, then remaining 1 can drained pineapple. Chill. Spread evenly over cooled cake. Refrigerate leftovers.

This is a very tasty recipe and will be a huge hit. Follows directions carefully and measure carefully so you will have a moist and great tasting cake! Good Luck!
