Question

My wifes 318ti,she drove to work and later noticed the fan was still running two hours later ? She said 6 hours later the fan was still running and she got a jump to start the car.She drove approx 18 miles home stopped to get gas and the remote gas cap wouldnt open neither would the windows or radio.Made it home ,I arrived 1 hour later and put a load tester on the battery, its good it only dropped to 10.5 volts after 10 /15 secs.Why would it be charged after that short drive ? Do you think the A/C fan switch is bad ? Now everything is working normally ? I ve put my charger on to make sure while I do some research.What do you suggest ...........? Ps 1996 318ti with 106000 manual .
