no it is not notorized but we do have other documents with his signature on them     thank you VERY much for your time my wife and I have sunk our savings into this resturant and we have been very worried about this.   We should go see a lawyer in our area just in case he decides to prusue this with us.But we fell very confident on your advise again thanks

THANKS to all u guys have really been a blessing to us as we do not know where to turn. One final ? The lease he gave us he signed   we did not and have the only copy (he did not ask for one) is it still leagl if we did not sigh it   should we sign it now before he ask for a copy? can our cancled checks be enough to say we agreed w/ it?   We were told not to sign it (by friend) so he (landlord) would be beholdin to us but not us to him in other words we could get out of the lease at anytime if we didnot not sign it. Now my fear is it is not valid because we did not sigh it
thanks and God Bless   Dennis& Cathy
