Go to www.irs.gov and click on "Where's my refund" to check on the status of your refund check. If no information is listed, you will need to call IRS at 1-800-829-1040 to speak to a human.(be prepared to wait on hold)
You will need the filing status you used on your return and the exact dollar amount of the refund (round to nearest whole dollar if you used cents). The primary ss# is the one listed first on the return if you filed jointly.
