Nicola Tesla was a true genius, but an unsuccessful businessman. Nikola Tesla died on January 7, 1943 in a New York hotel room, alone, rather poor and almost forgotten.
His discoveries in the field of electricity include:
* brushless AC synchronous and induction motors, which last much longer than types used previously
*multiphase electric power transmission and the advantages of the 60 cycles per second AC power transmission
* wireless remote conrol
* electric power transmission without wires. Some "Star Wars" weapons were based upon his ideas, and demonstrated successfully, but their practicality remains in doubt compared to other antimissile systems.
* fluoresent lights
* X-rays (3 years before Roentgen)
* water purification with ozone
* Radio (He won a patent suit against Marconi after his death)
* He won the contract to develop electric power from generators at Niagara Falls.

As for Mileva Maric-Einstein, she was Albert Einstein's first wife and a promising scientist in her own right. Some people believe she helped him with proofreading and calculations when he was working on the Special Theory of Relativity. He did not credit her in his biographies. he treated her badly and there are reports that he beat her. The marriage ended in divorce as Einstein reputedly had affairs with his cousin, whom he later married, her daughter and (later) a secretary. One condition of the divorce was that Einstein give her the Nobel Prize money he might win, which he eventually did. For more about her, I recommend
As for your final question "..what are solutions today for the relations with Serbia and America and future support of Serbia by America? ", I think these problems arose from Serbian policies of "ethnic cleansing" in Bosnia-Herzogovina and Kosovo, and to a lesser extent the war with Croatia that led to its independence. As these hostilities subside, and Serbian accused war criminals are tried by the World Court, relations with the US and other western countries should improve.
