Question

8 yr old male can't urenate or very little.

Answer

Usually when a dog cant urinate or urinates very little it is caused by kidney failure. Or also it could be caused by bladder stones.The vet would have to do urinalyses or urine cultures in this situation. X-rays to find out for sure. I hope this helps.
