my cat is drooling and lethargic   he is an indooor cat and has been fixed @ 3 weeks ago   this just started this morning    i have not noticed him eat and i offered him water but not interested   he also feels warmer than normal       not sure what to do

Does he ever go outdoors?
Do you have a rectal thermometer?

He has probably developed an infection related to his surgery. Drooling is a symptom of pain or nausea.
If you cannot take his temperature but he feels warm, I would treat him as though he DOES have a fever.
Wipe him down with a cool damp cloth and then immediately wrap him in a towel so he does not chill.
A high fever and a systemic infection is very serious and dangerous as well. Take him imediately to a veterinarian ASAP as soon as you cool him down.
